I animated this in OBS and you can too!

I animated this in OBS!

First I started out with this image:

Basically I just greenscreened a picture I drew.
Then I found this gif online…

I also have a VHS filter here…

So I put the image of silas that I drew up in obs and added a chroma-key thing to him.
then I put the vaporwave background behing him.
I put the static vhs filter on top of all of that and chroma-keyed it.

I recorded it and then went to ez gif and uploaded the mp4 and then downloaded the gif.

pretty cool.
